100: Top Ten Lessons from ๐ฏ Episodes
Dearest Free Timers: I canโt believe it, but this marks the 100th episode of this show since launching on March 21, 2021! I have learned so much from every guest, and from challenging myself to also publish a solo episode once a week.
Today I've given myself the tricky task of trying to pair down the top ten lessons learned this last year and a half. I wish I couldโve pulled an excerpt from every single guest, but alas! These are the lessons that stuck most, sparking new insights and ahas.
Each clip made the cut after asking:
What am I still carrying?
How has it shifted my own thinking?
What new systems have I implemented as a result?
๐ If you enjoy this round-up, Iโd be so grateful for you to share in a review for Free Time: What insights have stood out to you most these last 100 episodes?
